Chyaz: The Personal Bit
Welcome to my little corner of the internet! My name is Chyaz Samuel, I’m 25 and live in lovely Manchester, UK. I’m a television presenter, YouTuber and blogger, alongside working as Simple Skincare’s Brand Ambassador.
I first began my YouTube journey in 2006. I have been a singer since I can remember, and started posting videos of me singing covers on my YouTube channel, Chyaz. As time went by, I gradually started posting make up tutorials, after someone asked me how to achieve the classic ‘Avril Lavigne’ look. Before long, I was getting requests to do different looks every day, and by 2009 I was regularly posting videos about all things beauty, fashion and lifestyle.
Writing has always been a passion of mine, another reason why I was eager to start blogging on Chyaz.com. I hope to entertain and inform you about all the latest in the beauty, fashion, health and fitness worlds, with a sprinkling of whatever else I fancy along the way.
I’ve chatted all-things-vlogging on the BBC Breakfast sofa (several times!), and have appeared on CNN, the BBC News Channel and CBBC talking about everything from fashion trends to YouTube advertising regulations. There’s never a dull moment!
I’d like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to my amazing, talented fiancé Tiz for developing and maintaining this fabulous website for me – he’s a star.
Thank you to everyone who follows and supports what I do – you’re my inspiration. Enjoy!

Sponsored post/blogger disclosure policy: if I’m approached with something that I think my readers would love to hear about, I will write the occasional sponsored post on my blog. You’ll be able to spot a sponsored post by this symbol placed at the end: *
I often post links to other websites in order to help my lovely readers find the products or items I’m mentioning.
