Happy New Year to you all! I hope you had a truly wonderful evening and are as excited for 2017 as I am! I wanted to check in with you all on the first day of this new year to tell you what you can expect from my online platforms this year. I was tempted to chat about my goals for the year, but as you’ll see below there are a couple of new videos on my YouTube channels discussing those precise topics! Let’s start with my main channel…

Schedule: uploading every Sunday and Wednesday/Thursday (to be confirmed!) plus bonus videos
My main YouTube channel went a little quiet at the end of last month, and I wanted to explain why in my new video. It’s just gone live! I will be posting two videos per week minimum, on a Sunday and either a Wednesday or Thursday (I’ll decide which day soon) and there will also be the possibility of some bonus videos along the way too.

I am so excited to be back with WhatTheHealth! It’s now two years to the day since I launched it, and I have recently regained my passion for health and fitness so it only felt right to get the channel back up and running. I also uploaded a video on here today which explains why I’ve been gone and what I’m planning to do health-wise going into 2017!
My main goal for my blog is to just post more frequently. It’s not something I want to set in stone right now, but rest assured that I am fully committed to making this website a fun and interesting place to be. Watch this space!
