As many of you will know, I work as the online representative and ‘face’ of Simple skincare – it’s a fantastic job, and there are so many things I love about it. However, every now and then something comes along that is fantastic on a much deeper level – and this is one of those times.
Simple have teamed up with Macmillan Cancer Support to try and raise £25,000 for the charity. Macmillan are the UK’s leading cancer support charity, and aim to reach out to help all of those living with cancer. From the 13th July, special packs of Simple’s best-selling Kind To Skin Cleansing Facial Wipes have been available to buy exclusively at Boots. In this video, I introduce you to the wipes and let you know why they’re special:
For each pack sold, 10p is donated to Macmillan Cancer Support. Raising money for charities like Macmillan is so vital, especially considering that, by 2030, it is estimated that over 4 million people in the UK alone will be living with cancer. It’s a small action that could make a big difference.
As a disclaimer, Simple have not asked me to create this blog post – I wanted to bring it into my own personal blogging space because it is an important cause that many of us can identify with.
