What I Eat In A Day!

Regular readers of my blog will know how much I love to go on about health and fitness (even if I have been on a bit of a Kettle Chips binge lately..oops). Last week, I decided to film a ‘What I Eat In A Day‘ video – it was intended to be a snapshot of just one day documenting all of the food I eat!

I mentioned at the start of the video that I’m not a nutritionist, and that my diet is by no means perfect, just honest. I hope you enjoy!

Just as a quick summary, in case you’re more of a reader than a watcher:

Breakfast

  • Green tea
  • Banana, apple, flaxseed and unsweetened almond milk smoothie

Lunch

  • Mushroom soup with one slice of Danish bread
  • Water

Snack

  • Caramel Snack-A-Jack

Dinner

  • Field mushrooms stuffed with spinach and goat’s cheese
  • Sweet potato discs
  • Carlsberg Citrus beer
