#FabbBloggersManc Event: 6th July 2013

I had a rather Fabb-ulous time (get it?) on Saturday at the Fabb Events Manchester blogger meet up. It was held at 2022NQ in the city centre, an cool bar with an industrial feel just a short walk from my apartment. The sun was shining, the drinks were flowing and we were ready for some blog-tastic fun.

I actually managed to resist these delicious-looking cupcakes – I kept picturing Jillian Michaels telling me off!

I attended the event with a few of my Manchester blogger friends, including Lily from BeautysBadHabit and Maria from MissDriftedSnowWhite. I was super excited to meet other bloggers from the area, and a few people who had tweeted me saying they watch my videos/read my blog!

The event was packed out with awesome stands from brands such as South Beach Swimware (pictured above), La Moda, Lavish AliceTinned Bananas and Eldora Lashes:

The event started at 1pm and ran all the way through until 5pm. We arrived at the start, collected our wristbands from the lovely organisers and headed straight to the bar for a refreshment! It was a gorgeously hot and sunny day, and we all know that it’s important to stay hydrated.

We spent the day chatting, putting the world to rights and checking out all of the fantastic displays from the brands in attendance. I’m not going to go into too much detail about the goodies I received on the day just yet – separate in-depth blog posts will follow where I’ll review products individually!

Something I will mention now is the lovely bag that I was given by La Moda – it’s a striking pink satchel, perfect for sunny days out:

A big thank you to La Moda – I will definitely be rocking this bag for the rest of the summer! It may even feature in an upcoming OOTD video…

Here’s a sneak peek of some of the amazing items we received in our goodie bags. As I mentioned, reviews to come soon!

Once again, a huge thank you to Fabb Events (Tor and Ray) for organising the event – we had a blast, and it was fantastic to meet some fellow Manchester and North West-based bloggers. You can check out their Twitter feed: @FabbEvents

Did you attend the #FabbBloggersManc event? What did you think of it?

Stay Creative,
