Barry M will always be one of my favourite brands, with their Nail Paints being a major addiction of mine. When shopping in Manchester with the gorgeous Leanne Woodfull a couple of weeks ago, I couldn’t resist picking up this delightful little gem.
I’m powerless to resist fun new nail polishes, and the Confetti effect really drew me in. I’m also a lover of blue shades, especially for summer, so this one went straight into my basket!
It is very much a candy blue shade, and deserves its name – Bubblegum. I imagined that it would be quite sheer, and decided to try it out over quite a strong blue base coat.
The application was typically smooth – although Barry M brushes are quite slim, it allows for precision. Even though that’s not a top priority with this particular polish, it certainly doesn’t hurt.
I used two coats, and each dried super quickly. That is always important for me – I don’t have time to sit and wait for my nails to try for too long. Here’s how the Confetti polish looked!
Perfect! I think the mixture of blue and white speckles looks great, and for £3.99 it’s an affordable way to have fun with your nail paint. I wonder if anyone will wear it to a wedding? It is Confetti after all!
Have you tried any of the Barry M Confetti Nail Paints? What did you think of them?
