Avril Lavigne Here’s To Never Growing Up Official Video Make Up Tutorial

It’s (almost) here! Avril Lavigne’s new single Here’s To Never Growing Up is due to be released tomorrow, and this morning the lovely lady herself tweeted a photo from the set of her music video.

I promised that if her make up look in the video was different to that in the promo photos, I would do another tutorial for you. After seeing the photo, it isn’t dramatically different, so I put the decision to you! You all said you’d love to see another tutorial, and I didn’t want to disappoint.

To mix it up a little, I also chatted about Avril’s hair and clothing in the music video!

Here’s theĀ Avril Lavigne Here’s To Never Growing Up Official Video Make Up Tutorial!

I listed the products I used in the description box of the video, but here it is for reference:

  • Jemma Kidd Stay Put Define Eyeliner
  • Urban Decay Primer Potion
  • Urban Decay Naked Palette – Gunmetal and Creep
  • Revlon PhotoReady 3D Volume Mascara
  • Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturiser
  • Illamasqua Skin Base Foundation in Shade 3
  • Sleek Contour Kit
  • Smashbox Photo Set Powder
  • Gosh Lipstick in Darling
  • Sea Salt Texturising Hair Spray

I took lots of photos after creating the make up tutorial, and thought I’d post a few below here! I chose the most fun of those as the thumbnail for the video, as it is such a fun song!

I am so excited to hear the song in full, and see the music video when it is released! What do you think of the make up look? Do you prefer this one to the one Avril wore in her promotional pictures?

Stay Creative,

I like the promotional picture lipstick much better. It was …cleaner? I guess. I love the lip colour in the promotional picture, and without it the look is kind of … sickly looking. I like what you have done with it though!
