Review: John Frieda Sheer Blonde Everlasting Blonde Shampoo

I’m back! Many apologies for my absence over the past week, I have been busy with Bridesmaid duties for my one of my best friends in the world, who is now a beautiful Mrs!

Today I have a review of the brand new John Frieda Sheer Blonde Everlasting Blonde Colour Preserve Shampoo (and breathe…) – being a highlighted blonde, I really have to think about how to look after my colour.

I am already a huge fan of the Sheer Blonde collection, and have tried out all of the shampoo and conditioners. How would this one measure up?

I was very excited to see this sitting on the shelf in Boots, especially at an introductory price of £5 – a little bit more expensive than some shampoos, but they are usually worth every penny in my book!

I have just had my highlights done, and love to preserve them as long as possible. I used this shampoo combined with my John Frieda Sheer Blonde Lightening Spray, which I adore!

I used this shampoo alongside a different Sheer Blonde conditioner, but I can safely say that I will be purchasing the accompanying conditioner very soon! I LOVED this shampoo – it made my hair incredibly soft, and my hair looked freshly-highlighted after being dried!

As I have had a super busy few days, I forgot to take a photo as soon as I washed my hair, but here is one this morning!

Apologies for not having a scrap of make up on! Although my hair isn’t totally fresh in the photo above, I loved how it made my highlights look after first washing. I am going to be using this shampoo for a long time – it’s the kind of product I’ve wanted John Frieda to release for a long time, and it has lived up to all expectations!

If you’re a highlighted blonde, I would absolutely recommend this shampoo – I can’t wait to try out the conditioner!

Stay Creative,

I bought this shampoo along with the conditioner because I recently decided to just dye my hair blonde instead of getting highlights. I love the shampoo it’s very moisturizing, just like the conditioner.
