Review: Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Perfume

This is probably the most luxurious review that has ever seen! As some of you may know from my Christmas Gifts video, I received the amazing Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Perfume from my mum and stepdad and have been obsessed with it ever since!

The outer packaging is Chanel to the core – very chic, simple and luxurious. The top of the box is gold and has the classic Chanel logo imprinted on it:

I had smelt the perfume before I received it as a gift – it is such a fresh and summery scent, and I knew that it would be ideal for special occasions in the warmer months. Many people say it has a similar fragrance to Soap and Glory products, and I would have to agree, but on a much more glamorous and luxurious level!

I would have always described the colour of the perfume as pink, but looking at it now I’d say it was a very dusky pink as best, and more of a ‘rose gold’ colour. I adore the bottle – it is classically Chanel, and looks amazing on your dresser.

To say I love the perfume is the understatement of the year (ok, so it’s only January 2nd, but the statement still stands!). It is quite simply divine, and makes you feel wonderful when you wear it. Yes, it is pricey, but in my opinion it is the perfect example of ‘getting what you pay for’. It lasts for ages on the skin and doesn’t turn musky like so many other scents.

I love the little details too, like the Chanel logo on the bottle neck. I am thrilled with the perfume, and there’s not a single criticism I can think of. It has taken pride of place on my dresser as the best of the best perfumes!

Do you own any of the Chanel perfumes? Which do you love most?

Stay Creative,

I was given Chanel No 5 for my 18th birthday and felt very glamorous and grown-up! The only thing that annoys me about Chanel (and other premium perfumes) is that it is so hard to find a store that has tester bottles. My local Boots and Debenhams seem to think you should buy without testing them first.
