Weight Loss Wednesdays: #Week 14

Well well well! Interesting..


I’m sitting here trying to think of typical things that I have eaten this week, and it’s actually hard to remember! I haven’t snacked at all really (apart from the odd bit of dried fruit) and my meals have been quite small. I haven’t had much of an appetite, which is unusual for me!

As I’ve still been whitening my teeth, a typical meal has consisted of plain rice or pasta with vegetables. Not very interesting, but also not likely to stain my teeth!

I have had a couple of cheats though – I had a Krispy Kreme doughnut the other day (that was probably half my calories for the day gone!) and my mum, Tiz and I had a Chinese takeaway too (on the same day as the doughnut – what is going on?!)

Ok, so you’re going to say this is cheating, but…I read that a shopping spree can burn over 100 calories per hour! I have been doing a bit of Christmas shopping this week, in both London and Manchester, so I am counting that as exercise *folds arms and nods head*

Now for the surprise that made my week!

Weekly weight loss: 3lb ** Total weight loss: 16 lbs (1 Stone 2lbs)

To say I am over the moon is the biggest understatement EVER! I have finally hit the stone (14lbs) mark, plus two for good luck! I am now only 4lbs from my target – I originally planned to lose two stone, and have brought it down to one and a half. I have to say though, when I do reach that goal I’m going to see how I feel, and perhaps push to my first goal if I feel it is healthy and wise to do so.

Excellent news to start a cold-but-sunny Wednesday 🙂

    Super Chyaz! How d you do this? I eat fairly healthy, but I’m not able to lose any weight :s
    And for exercise I’m going to the Gym once a week for spinning class, which really helps with burning calories…
    So I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong…

    Could you please do an indepth video about your diet/exercise, I’m 5ft 6in 135lbs, I eat healthy & exercise everyday as I’m a ballerina but I just can’t lose weight. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. Congrats on your weight lose though you can really see it 🙂 x

    This summer I focused on exercising and did it every day, and I have actually put on 5lbs. I then realised this was muscle and the fat gad gone away. Don’t judge by the scale but by how your body looks and feels.
