After the absence of my weight loss post last week, would I be able to keep the momentum going and lose any more this week…?
The past two weeks have been rather strange diet-wise…I’ve either just eaten what I’ve wanted or haven’t had an appetite, and it has changed from one day to the next. Some days, we’ve ended up eating out as well as getting treats like Costa hot chocolates…
Or opting for super healthy meals – last night for dinner, we had lightly seasoned baked salmon with corn on the cob. It’s been a real mixed bag!
This week hasn’t been so bad for it, but the week before was terrible for eating sweets! It was Halloween followed by Bonfire Night, and sweets are a huge part of both of those nights! These little guys were a particular favourite of mine (they’re made of chocolate, by the way!)
I am pleased to say that I’ve generally been eating more fruits and vegetables though – apples, bananas and berries have been my personal favourites of late. I’ve also been eating healthy cereals for breakfast instead of things which are far more fun – it’s actually quite an easy change to make, and you get used to it quickly.
It’s so bad that I’m sitting here desperately trying to think of any exercise I have done over the past couple of weeks…how bad is that? Does just walking around count. Must try harder… (although I did do a Tiffany Rothe workout after weighing myself this morning, although we’re now technically into next week’s territory!)

YES! Another pound lost – I was so shocked this morning that I rang Tiz at work to tell him! I’m so, so close to the stone mark and only 8lbs from my overall target!
