Weight Loss Wednesday: Week #12

After the absence of my weight loss post last week, would I be able to keep the momentum going and lose any more this week…?

The past two weeks have been rather strange diet-wise…I’ve either just eaten what I’ve wanted or haven’t had an appetite, and it has changed from one day to the next. Some days, we’ve ended up eating out as well as getting treats like Costa hot chocolates…

Or opting for super healthy meals – last night for dinner, we had lightly seasoned baked salmon with corn on the cob. It’s been a real mixed bag!

This week hasn’t been so bad for it, but the week before was terrible for eating sweets! It was Halloween followed by Bonfire Night, and sweets are a huge part of both of those nights! These little guys were a particular favourite of mine (they’re made of chocolate, by the way!)

Weight Loss Wednesdays

I am pleased to say that I’ve generally been eating more fruits and vegetables though – apples, bananas and berries have been my personal favourites of late. I’ve also been eating healthy cereals for breakfast instead of things which are far more fun – it’s actually quite an easy change to make, and you get used to it quickly.

Exercise

It’s so bad that I’m sitting here desperately trying to think of any exercise I have done over the past couple of weeks…how bad is that? Does just walking around count. Must try harder… (although I did do a Tiffany Rothe workout after weighing myself this morning, although we’re now technically into next week’s territory!)

The verdict?

Weekly weight loss: 1lb ** Total weight loss: 12 lbs

YES! Another pound lost – I was so shocked this morning that I rang Tiz at work to tell him! I’m so, so close to the stone mark and only 8lbs from my overall target!

Wish my luck for the coming week!

    well done 🙂 I’m trying to motivate myself to lose some more weight as well before Christmas (which is a bit pointless seeing as I’m just going to pile the weight back on on Xmas day!) 😛

    Wow! Congrats! You’re doing something really well unconsciously 🙂
    I’ve been wondering for a while now, despite being a vegetarian, do you eat fish?

      You can still eat fish of you’re a vegetarian my cousin is one and i think she eats fish it just depends on the person

        Well, not necessarily! Most vegetarians don’t eat fish. I myself do eat fish, though. But other vegetarians I know don’t. 🙂 It really depends on who you’re talking about.

          I do eat fish 🙂 I became a vegetarian when I was very young, and my mum was concerned about my nutrition so said it was OK as long as I still ate fish. It has kind of stuck with my eating habits really! xo

      She does, I remember in some other post she mentioned that she went and ate fish and chips
