So I know that I have been a slacker with my weight loss posts the last few weeks – I mentioned that I was taking a break from doing them due to being away, but I’ve neglected this section of my blog for a few weeks now!
As it is Wednesday, I decided to weigh myself this morning to see what damage had been done the past few weeks. I already predicted that I had put a couple of pounds on and was totally prepared for what the scales may say…
My diet over the last three weeks has been…sporadic, to say the least! I’ve either had a huge or tiny appetite, and was ill last week so didn’t eat much at all. My meals have consisted of anything from a simple salad to pizza,which I guess is quite balanced overall but not as much as I’d like it to be.

One of my healthier meals that I’ve enjoyed twice since my last post has been the tuna salad Tiz’s mum always makes for us on a Friday night. I’ve mentioned it before – it consists of salad leaves and veggies, tuna, apple, grapes and a small slice of Wensleydale with cranberries. My favourite! It is the salad I show in this video from my Vlog channel:
I’m feeling very committed to achieving a healthier and more balanced diet over the coming weeks, so wish me luck!
Embarrassingly, I have literally nothing to put in this section. I have been so busy with work of different kinds that exercise just hasn’t been a priority, but again I want to get right back into it!
So, could it be possible that my weight hadn’t gone up despite my lack of dedication…?

Phew! I knew that I couldn’t have lost weight in a million years but I’m so happy that I didn’t put any on. I promise that next week there will be a number in that first section!
