I’m still totally missing working with the awesome team in the John Frieda room at the Boots Conference last week – we had such a great laugh and I learnt so much! I thought it was time to post my review of the John Frieda Frizz Ease Straight Ahead Shampoo that I was kindly given, and have been trying out!
As you may know, I am a super loyal John Frieda Sheer Blonde fan and have used the products since I first had my hair highlighted. I was a little worried about not using a shampoo for coloured hair, but loved that it had the straightening element in it!
As I already have straight hair, I wasn’t looking for it to work miracles (how much could it change?) but I wanted hair that looks a little bit sleeker. This was really important as I was using it whilst working with the team, and whilst the awesome Giles from John Frieda was doing my hair I wanted it to behave!
My whole experience of this shampoo was amazing – it thoroughly cleaned my hair and left it silky smooth. It also kept my colour nice and vibrant, which really is a testament to the quality of the products too.
The shampoo costs around £5.59 from Boots and it is totally worth it! I have to say that I’ll probably be sticking to my Sheer Blonde shampoo and conditioner, but will happily use the rest of this bottle and love it.
I would really recommend this shampoo to people who have a problem with frizzy hair, or flyaways – I am so impressed with how smooth it has kept my hair. If I can see results n my already-straight hair, I’m sure you can too!
