I’m afraid this is going to be a short and sweet post this week – hopefully any of you who have been on health-kicks will know where I’m coming from here!
Over the last week I feel like I’ve just lost interest in my weight loss journey – I haven’t been eating healthily as such, instead choosing small amounts of things that aren’t good for me. I actually really miss getting my 5 a day, planning good meals and having that great natural boost of energy.
Next Wednesday I’m actually not going to be here to blog (more on that soon, hopefully!) so I think this is a good point to take a couple of weeks to get back on track with my healthy life plan. So there will be a Weight Loss Wednesdays post the Wednesday after next, but not on the next one.
Exercise-wise, I’ve only done a couple of short sessions focussing on toning my arms – this Tiffany Rothe workout has been amazing!
I really thought I would have put on a pound or two this week, but…
Weekly weight loss: 0lbs ** Total weight loss: 10 lbs
So I haven’t put any weight on but I haven’t lost any either – I actually do feel slim, but I don’t feel healthy. And that’s what this is all about for me!
