Weight Loss Wednesdays: Week #9

I’m afraid this is going to be a short and sweet post this week – hopefully any of you who have been on health-kicks will know where I’m coming from here!

Over the last week I feel like I’ve just lost interest in my weight loss journey – I haven’t been eating healthily as such, instead choosing small amounts of things that aren’t good for me. I actually really miss getting my 5 a day, planning good meals and having that great natural boost of energy.

Next Wednesday I’m actually not going to be here to blog (more on that soon, hopefully!) so I think this is a good point to take a couple of weeks to get back on track with my healthy life plan. So there will be a Weight Loss Wednesdays post the Wednesday after next, but not on the next one.

Exercise-wise, I’ve only done a couple of short sessions focussing on toning my arms – this Tiffany Rothe workout has been amazing!

I really thought I would have put on a pound or two this week, but…

Weekly weight loss: 0lbs ** Total weight loss: 10 lbs

So I haven’t put any weight on but I haven’t lost any either – I actually do feel slim, but I don’t feel healthy. And that’s what this is all about for me!

I’ll be back with a weight-loss update in two weeks – wish me luck!

    You saved me a heap of searching on YouTube, was looking for an arm-toning workout and you posted one 🙂 Thanks! Hope you feel like you’re getting back on track soon, I started trying to be healthier aroundabout the same time you did, unfortunately I got really ill about a month ago and am only now getting back into it 🙁 Good luck!

    Aww, I hope you’re ok. I totally get where you’re coming from, I hope all works out well for you. You’ve been a huge encouragement and motivator these past few weeks. Seeing your success in weight loss made me want to do more exercise. I’m not counting how much I’ve lost, but I sure feel better. I guess you’ve learned not to give up on food, even if you’re on a diet. It can be a real sucker health-wise.
