A week or so ago, I mentioned that one of my goals for the summer is to get super fit and healthy – I used to be, and it makes me sad that I’ve let myself slip! I thought that I would lay out some of my fitness goals for the summer.
Firstly, I would like to look like I did last summer – toned, healthy and happy!

I also want to tone up particular parts of my body – my arms for sure, my stomach and thighs too. Weight loss isn’t my priority, but I know it will come along with my health-focussed lifestyle!
I would love to eat better too – I always eat lots of fruit, but need to work on eating more veg and more of a balanced diet generally. I think I’ll try to keep a food diary to keep myself on track too.
I can’t wait to get back to the gym – I’m going to enrol at Bannatyne’s ASAP! I will keep you guys updated with my fitness progress, perhaps throughout my JuneVlogs especially.
I would love to know if you guys have any tips, tricks for advice for helping maintain a fitness project – I’m generally quite motivated when it comes to keeping up with a regime but it’s always good to learn some new techniques!
