Review: Revlon Precision Lash Adhesive

When I made my recent Adele make up tutorial I was having some trouble with the lash glue I was using. The lovely Ali aka AsylumBunny on YouTube recommended that I try the Revlon Precision Lash Adhesive so I decided to pick it up in Superdrug yesterday!

I have to admit that I have never actually bought a proper lash glue before – I’ve always used the tiny tubes that come with false lashes. I have completely had enough of them though, so I was excited to try this out!

I have a constant problem with lash glue failing towards the inner corners of lashes – they always seem to start to peel off around that area after a little while, if not instantly. I tried the glue for a night out last night when I wore my new Sarah Harding Girls Aloud lashes!

I was incredibly impressed with this glue. My lashes didn’t budge all night, and I had actually done my eye make up quite far in advance of going out to really put the glue to the test. Success at last!

One thing I loved about the Revlon glue is the precision brush – I guess the clue is in the title really!

My only criticism of the glue is that, if any stuck to your eyelids afterwards, it is quite tricky to get off. I had to scrub at my eye a little this morning with a cleansing wipe to get and get excess stubborn glue off and it wouldn’t budge. Annoying but I guess it proves that it works!

Have you tried this Revlon Precision Lash Adhesive? What do you think of it?

Aw, thank you so much for the shoutout! 😀 I’m really glad that you like it! I’ve had the same problem with it being stubborn to get off as well, but something I’ve tried that helps is swiping petroleum jelly onto my eyelid, massaging it around a bit, and then wiping it off. xo

I’ve used Royal Lash glue before but i struggled with it mainly cos i suck at falsies. I used the c2000 glue with the lashes and they worked eventually xD
