When I made my recent Adele make up tutorial I was having some trouble with the lash glue I was using. The lovely Ali aka AsylumBunny on YouTube recommended that I try the Revlon Precision Lash Adhesive so I decided to pick it up in Superdrug yesterday!
I have to admit that I have never actually bought a proper lash glue before – I’ve always used the tiny tubes that come with false lashes. I have completely had enough of them though, so I was excited to try this out!
I have a constant problem with lash glue failing towards the inner corners of lashes – they always seem to start to peel off around that area after a little while, if not instantly. I tried the glue for a night out last night when I wore my new Sarah Harding Girls Aloud lashes!
I was incredibly impressed with this glue. My lashes didn’t budge all night, and I had actually done my eye make up quite far in advance of going out to really put the glue to the test. Success at last!
One thing I loved about the Revlon glue is the precision brush – I guess the clue is in the title really!
My only criticism of the glue is that, if any stuck to your eyelids afterwards, it is quite tricky to get off. I had to scrub at my eye a little this morning with a cleansing wipe to get and get excess stubborn glue off and it wouldn’t budge. Annoying but I guess it proves that it works!
Have you tried this Revlon Precision Lash Adhesive? What do you think of it?
