There are certain products in this world that make it into my primary make up bag – not many, but a few! The product I’m going to review today has well and truly earned its place in my make up bag: the Stargazer White Kohl Eyeliner.
If I’m doing a make up tutorial and want to make my eyes appear wider and more open, I love to use a white eyeliner on the bottom waterline to achieve this. I have been using this particular Stargazer one for a good couple of years and absolutely love it!
I honestly can’t remember how much I bought this for at the time, but it was certainly less than £3. People often ask me where to buy it; I actually got it from a little gift shop in my University’s Union building (it’s a very cool shop!). I believe Stargazer is available online though.
I wouldn’t say that the eyeliner is particularly soft, but I quite like a firm pencil liner. It is easy to sharpen but on the downside it needs sharpening regularly – this is because any eyeshadow or mascara marks that get onto the white kohl are extremely visible and need removing in order to keep the pencil’s colour. It seems like such an obvious point but it’s something to consider.
As you can see, the colour payoff from the eyeliner is very good indeed – I also love the fact that it stays put on the waterline! Stargazer’s products are vastly underrated in my opinion, and I’d really love to try out more of them. I’d highly recommend this eyeliner to anyone looking for an instant eye-widener!
What do you think of Stargazer’s products? Any recommendations?
