Review: Barry M Nail Polish in Peach Melba

If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you’ll know that I have a huge love for bright, bold nail polishes! But every now and again, I need something a bit more neutral and subtle. I have a couple of nude/flesh toned ones, but wanted something just a little different. That’s why I decided to pick up the Barry M Nail Polish in Peach Melba!

I’ve had my eye on this polish for a little while – during the summer I thought that it looked like a gorgeous shade for the season. Living in the North of England, I can always do with a little burst of summer colour when the weather is dull!

I applied two coats of the polish over the top of my Barry M Base Coat:

After the first coat, I have to admit that I wasn’t loving this colour. But after the second coat I really took a shine to it. I know it is super different from my usual choices but I like the more neutral look!

The nail polish applied really, really well – it also dried super fast too. I love the glossy finish; it just adds something special to the overall look.

I can’t help thinking that it would look better with a little glitter…but that’s just me! I will try and resist for the time being though, I’m trying to keep up the more neutral look for a while!

What do you think of Peach Melba? Would you wear it personally?

Stay Creative,

This isn’t a colour that I would normally pick, but since the first time I tried Barry M nail paints that I’ve been wanting to try this one and after your post I just think it’s a beautiful colour for summer! x

It’s a really lovely colour! 😀 I would wear it, definitely. I don’t know if it’s just me, but your fingers look wonderful with all colours!
