Review: Natural Collection Lipgloss in Raspberry Ripple

It’s amazing how you can make such a wonderful friend through a site like YouTube…that’s exactly what happened with me and the lovely Harriet aka Harriet1984. For my 21st birthday last week, she sent me an awesome package full of beauty goodies, and I’d like to review one of the products for you today -the Natural Collection Lipgloss in Raspberry Ripple.

Natural Collection Lipgloss Raspberry Ripple tube

I feel like Harriet knows me so well – as soon as I saw this colour, I adored it! I wanted to test it out properly for you guys and see whether it was as awesome in practise as it looks in the tube.

Natural Collection Lipgloss Raspberry Ripple name

The name didn’t strike me as being similar to the colour of the lipgloss – it seems more peachy to me, but I loved the name nonetheless as I’m a big ice cream fan!

Natural Collection Lipgloss Raspberry Ripple applicator

The brush is a standard doe foot applicator, which is my personal favourite kind! There’s something about the tickle of it on your lips which I really like – call me strange!

Natural Collection Lipgloss Raspberry Ripple on lips

This lipgloss is from the Juicy Lips range, and I can see why! The way I immediately thought of describing this lipgloss is that is creates “my lips, but better”. My lips feel slightly plumped (not with any of that horrible tingling sensation though!), the colour looks natural and I just feel like it enhances what I’d like it to enhance.

I’m not usually a huge lipgloss fan as I hate sticky-ness, but there is no trace of that with this product. Harriet seems to be able to pick out perfect shades for me – she knows what suits me better than I do!

Have you tried out this lipgloss? What did you think?

Stay Creative,

Chyaz xox

Rasberry Ripple is one of my favourite shades, along with toffee cream. Try Rasberry Ripple over the top of the moisture shine lipdtick (by Natural Collection) in the shade “Sweet Pea” it’s gorgeous 😀
